Rabobank: The last triple-A rated bank falls

LONDON/AMSTERDAM (Reuters) - Dutch cooperative bank Rabobank lost its cherished triple-A rating from Standard & Poor's as the global banking crisis finally caught up with the only bank still holding the top rating.
